环流式旋风除尘器分离超细硅胶颗粒的实验研究

【摘要】 将环流式旋风除尘器的器内增设了一个与筒体同心的内件,启用时,含尘气体从直筒段下部以切向方式进入除尘器内件,消除了常规除尘器项部的灰环,分离区内不存在方向相反的内、外旋流,使气流能够保持稳定的旋转速度,减少了气流发生湍动的程度。将内筒为200mm的环流式旋风除尘器用于超细硅胶颗粒的分离,在入口风速为30 m/s条件下,其切割粒径达到1.5μm。
【Abstract】 Circumfluent cyclone is a new type of dust separator, which has a internal cylinder as shown in Figure 1. The dust-laden gas was fed tangential from the lower part of the internal cylinder. Then the gas stream went into the outer cylinder while swirling up, therefore the produce of ash circum was avoided. On the side, there were not inside and outside spin flow of inverse orientation, the extend of turbulence was decreased. The silica gel powder was separated at the inlet gas velocity of 30m/s, the cut size was reached 1.5μm.
