大容量蒸汽雾化油喷嘴的结构特点及冷态试验

【摘要】 简述了大容量蒸汽雾化油喷嘴的结构特点,对大容量蒸汽雾化喷嘴的雾化特性和流量特性进行了试验研究。特别是通过激光全息摄影,得到了T型喷嘴和Y型喷嘴的雾化场液滴尺寸的数量级,为喷嘴设计提供了依据。
【Abstract】 The Structure features of the large capacity Y-type steam atomized oil burner nozzles are studied, and the spray and flow rate characteristic are presented experimentally. Especially, the magnitude of spray of large capacity T-type and Y-type nozzle are presented by laser hologram, so as to provide scientific basis for nozzle design.
