喷雾强化对流换热

【摘要】 喷雾强化换热在化工、炼油等各行业得到了越来越广泛的应用。本文研究了无液膜覆盖的恒热流加热平板外带雾化液滴的层流两相混合物的对流换热情况,通过积分近似法数值求解了不同来流速度、温度、气流含雾量及雾滴直径情况下的换热模型。计算结果表明,喷雾后换热系数大大增加,换热比率(与单相空气相比)将增加1~9倍,此外喷雾后的热边界层厚度在平板起始端后逐渐趋于某一常数,从而导出了较实用的简化换热近似关系式。本文还进行了该模型的实验研究和验证,实验结果表明了理论计算结果的可靠性和正确性。

【Abstract】 To improve the effects of heat transfer, water-spray technologies have been used widely in various fields such as chemical engineering, oil refining, etc. The heat transfer characters of gas-liquid laminar flow crossing a constantly heated plate under spray conditions are studied in this paper, and heat transfer models with different flow velocities, temperatures, gas-liquid ratio and liquid-particle diameters are solved through integral methods. The results show that under spray conditions, heat transfer coefficients are greatly increased, and heat transfer effects (compared to single-phase gas) are enhanced by one to nine times. Thickness of heat boundary layers tend to become constants after across the front ends of the heated plates, and it helps to establish more simple and applicable heat transfer equations. Agreement between calculated data and experimental data proved the validity and reliability of theoretical approaches.
