桨型和导流筒型式对气液两相体系气含率的影响

【摘要】 在高径比为1.5、双层组合搅拌桨的气液搅拌反应器中,研究了桨型组合及导流筒结构对气舍率的影响。研究芯现,下桨排出流向上的气含率比排出流向下时的高;反应器中双层导流筒结构时的气含率结果最优,上层导流筒的开孔率应为6.90%或16.4%,上层搅拌桨应为透平桨。并对最优组合情况的气含率进行了关联。

【Abstract】 In the gas-liquid stiring reactor, the ratio of liquid height and tank diameter is 1.5, two-stage impellers are used in it, the effect of the combination of impellers and the structure of draft tubes on gas hold-up were systematically investigated. the lower impeller which is used as upward axial impeller is better than the one used as downward axial impeller in the experiment; the gas hold-up of the reactor with two-stage draft tubes is the best, and the holes area ratio of upper draft tube should be 6.90% or 16.4%. The upper impeller is Rushton turbine impeller. The correlations of the gas hold-up of some combinations were given.
