石化企业作业人员胜任力模型研究

【Abstract】 The operator competence model of petrochemical enterprise is established by Post Analysis, Delphi Expert Assess and Factor Analysis Technique, which can provide basis for choosing and appraising operators in petrochemical enterprise.
