FCC主分馏塔分离技术的开发
FCC Main Fractionation Tower New Separate Technology and Application

【摘要】 介绍了FCC主分馏塔分离技术及其应用,其特点在于综合了高效导流浮阀塔盘、多降液管塔盘、LVG 塔盘三者的优点,根据FCC主分馏塔各段不同的汽液负荷结盐、结焦情况,采用不同的塔盘,充分发挥各自优点。装置改造后,运行至今,以往结盐、结焦堵塞塔盘的状况达到根本好转,在增加汽油回炼量20 t/h的情况下,该装置的处理能力由原来的1Mt/a提升到1.2 Mt/a,且产品质量控制良好,液化气收率提高了2%,分馏塔压降降低,单从增加处理量方面,每年可净增效益2 015.5万元人民币。
【Abstract】 The paper introduces the FCC main fractionation tower new separate technology and application, its trait is in colligating the merit for high efficiency flow - guided float valve tray, multi - downcomer tray, LVG tray, base in different vapor and liquid load for different position about FCC main fractionation tower , adopt different tray, exerting every speciality. The result shows it is disappearing for generating salt - block and carbon - block in the past, LPG percentage is heightened 2%, its capacity has heightened to 1. 2 Mt/a, withal the quality for the product is good, and has achieved the goal for reconstruct.
