新型规整填料的流体力学性能研究

【摘要】 介绍了一种新型规整填料XY-1000,对XY-1000金属丝网波纹填料进行了流体力学性能实验。测定了干、湿填料塔的压降,泛点气速,得出了关联式。结果表明XY-1000型填料塔压降较低,操作弹性、通量较大,所得关联式误差在±18%以内。与WSY型填料相比,它是一种适应更广泛、性能优越的填料。
【Abstract】 One kind of new type structured packing named XY - 1000 is introduced, at the same time, hydrodynamics performance experiment is done. In the experiment, pressure drop and gas rate at flooding point in dry and wet packing column are determined, while correlative formula is obtained. From the result, it is shown that the pressure drop is low, the turn - down ratio, besides, the error with correlative formula is within ±18%. Compared with WSY type structured packing, it is proved to be one kind of packing with more wide application and better capability.
