含水四氢呋喃萃取精馏塔的动态模拟(英文)

【摘要】 研究了四氢呋喃(THF)/水混合物的萃取精馏塔的动态特征,分析了主要操纵变量的扰动对该过程的敏感性和稳定性,描述了塔在启动过程中的动态特征。模拟结果显示四氢呋喃/水混合物的进料组成对塔顶产品中 THF的浓度影响比萃取剂流率的影响大得多。本文的仿真过程有助于我们理解萃取精馏塔的动态特性。
【Abstract】 The dynamic characteristics of an extractive distillation column for dehydration of aqueous tetrahydrofuran (THF) mixture were investigated. The objective was to analyse the sensibility and stability of the process to perturbations in its main variables to be possible to recommend the best variables to be manipulated. Characteristic during the startup was presented. The simulation result showed that the concentration of THF in the tower top presents great sensibility to variations in the aqueous THF feed composition than in entrainer feed rate. It gave us a better understanding of dynamic characteristic of extractive distillation column.
