“Fenton”法去除废水中甲醛的工艺研究

【摘要】 “Fenton”氧化—混凝沉淀方法是针对难降解有机物处理过程的一种高级氧化工艺,可有效地处理酚类,芳胺类,芳烃类,农药等难降解有机废水。与其他工艺相比,因其能产生氧化能力很强的OH自由基,具有反应迅速、反应条件温和、无二次污染且兼具有絮凝作用等优点。实验中针对含有甲醛浓度为250mg/L左右的高浓度废水,进行模拟水样的净化处理,通过采用多次单因子和正交实验确定了最佳反应条件,最终确定了“Fenton”实验中过氧化氢和铁离子加入量,以及混凝沉淀中FCM混凝剂加入量和温度,时间,pH值的最佳反应条件,使得甲醛去除率达到99%以上。

【Abstract】 The aim of this study was due to the technology of Advanced Oxidation Processes (AOP). Compared with the other oxidation processes, it has the major advantages of slightly pollution, rapidly response and less pollution. In this paper "Fenton" oxidization technology of AOP was combined with coagulation to deal with formaldehyde contained in the wastewater. Formaldehyde contained in the water was oxidized at first, and when its concentration reduced to certain value, coagulants were combined with it. Experiments were conducted and results showed that this way has an ideal removal capacity. Batch of single factor and intersection experiments were also conducted to quantify the best reaction conditions such as temperature, pH and various ion concentrations. The effective removal of formaldehyde was more than 99%.
