【摘要】 本文提出了一种新的适合橡胶制品厂使用的密炼机投料法——包装装直接投料法。首先这种包装袋材料能满足包装袋的力学等各种要求,其次它在投入密炼室后能与各种生胶混熔,并对混炼胶及其硫化胶的性能无明显影响。从而可大大改善使用厂炼胶车间及其周围环境的污染状况,井具有提高温炼胶质量,减少波动,降低管理费用等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new feeding method of internal mixer is introduced in this text. This new feeding method which is fit to rubber-made factories is named package direct feeding method. Firstly, this new method must meet many requirements such as mechanical requirement of the package material; secondly the package should be melted with all kinds of green stocks when it is in internal room, and has no distinct influence on the performances of the volcanized rubber and confused melting rubber. It can improve the environment of the workshop, raise the quality of the rubber, reduce the fluctuation and dwindle the management capital and so on by using this new method.更多还原
