Tb(Pht)3Phen三元配合物的合成及其与橡胶复合材料的制备及荧光性能研究

【摘要】 本文采用稀土氧化物(Tb4O7)、邻苯二甲酸氢钾(KHPht)、邻菲罗林(Phen)合成了稀土三元配合物,用扫描电镜(SEM)、激光粒度(IPA)、红外光谱(IR)、紫外光谱(UV)以及X射线衍射(XRD)对其结构进行了表征。首次通过机械共混将Tb(Pht)3Phen配合物以不同添加量分别加入到丁腈橡胶(NBR)和甲基-乙烯基硅橡胶(PDMS)中,然后交联成型制备了Tb(Pht)3Phen/橡胶复合材料。扫描电镜(SEM)表明机械混合后稀土配合物的粒径减小。Tb(Pht)3Phen配合物/橡胶复合材料的荧光性能表明,在一定填充浓度后复合材料具有较Tb(Pht)3Phen配合物更强的荧光性能,且随着Tb(Pht)3Phen添加量(4.76%~23.1%)的增加,两种材料的荧光强度都在增加,直到大于23.1%时才出现“浓度猝灭”现象。同样深加量下,Tb(Pht)3Phen/PDMS体系的荧光强度较Tb(Pht)3Phen/NBR体系的强。
【Abstract】 In this paper, rare earth ternary composites containing rare earth oxide (Tb4O7), KHPht and Phen are synthesized, and its structural characterization is carried out by SEM,IPA,IR,UV and XRD. It is the first time that mixing different amount Tb(Pht)3Phen compounds to NBR and PDMS by mechanical blending method to prepare Tb (Pht) 3Phen/Rubber composites, separately. The SEM results indicate that the particle sizes of rare earth composites reduce after mechanical blending. The fluorescent property of Tb(Pht)3Phen/Rubber composites indicates that the fluorescent property of the composites which have a certain filling concentration is stronger than that of Tb(Pht)3Phen compounds, and when the filling amount of Tb(Pht)3Phen is between 4.76% and 23.1%, the higher the filling amount of Tb(Pht)3Phen, the higher the fluorescent property of the two materials is. But when their concentration is beyond 23.1%, "fluorescence quenching" will appear. In the same filling amount, the fluorescent intension of Tb(Pht)3Phen /PDMS system is bigger than that of Tb(Pht)3Phen/NBR system.
