淀粉水溶液和橡胶乳液共混—共凝聚制备淀粉/橡胶复合材料
Preparation, structure and properties of starch filled rubber composites by compounding rubber latex with starch paste

【摘要】 首次通过淀粉水溶液、橡胶乳液共混-共凝聚法(共沉法)制备了淀粉/丁腈橡胶(NBR)、淀粉/丁苯橡胶(SBR)、淀粉/羧基丁腈橡胶(XNBR)、淀粉/天然橡胶(NR)等复合材料,并与直接共混法制备的复合材料进行了对比,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)对复合材料的结构进行了表征,对其力学性能进行了比较研究,发现共沉法可使淀粉粒子非常精细地分散在橡胶中,分散粒径显著减小,界面作用增强。复合材料的力学性能明显优于直接共混法制备的复合材料。根据XRD推测,共沉法复合技术使淀粉粒子的结晶得到一定程度的弱化。
【Abstract】 NBR/starch, SBR/starch, NR/starch and CNBR/starch composites were prepared by compounding rubber latex with starch paste and co-coagulating. X-ray diffraction indicated that the crystalline of starch in rubber/starch composites by the above technique disappeared. Scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy showed that the size of starch particles were about 0.1-1μm, much smaller than the original starch size of about 5-20μm. In contrast to NBR/starch, SBR/starch, NR/starch and CNBR/starch composites by directly blending, the corresponding NBR/starch, SBR/starch, NR/starch and CNBR/starch composites by co-coagulating exhibited higher hardness, moduli at 100%, tensile strengths, and tear strengths.
