【摘要】 结合制药厂的实际情况,研究了以正己烷作为共沸剂,采用间歇共沸精馏法回收该厂生产废液中乙醇的过程, 得到了该条件下间歇共沸精馏的工艺流程,以及共沸剂正己烷与乙醇的最佳配比、回收正己烷及乙醇时适宜的回流比等操作参数。实验结果证明,该方法是经济可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 A single column batch azeotropic distillation method applying to separation of ethanol-water system is suggested. Product ethanol is obtained from aqueous waste liquid containing 27.4% ethanol, recovery of ethanol is 99.2%.Selection and amount of azeotropic agent, schematic diagram and operation procedures are proposed.更多还原
