【摘要】 通过自制的反应精馏实验装置,考察了进料醇酸摩尔比、回流比和进料位置等的变化对所得乙酸甲酯浓度以及转化率的影响;并对乙酸与甲醇酯化的反应精馏过程进行了模拟计算。通过模拟计算结果与实验数据的比较,不仅证实了实验所得的结论,还获得了难以通过实验取得的结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The esterification of acetic acid with methanol was investigated in a self-designed experiment apparatus .The influences of the mole ratio of acetic acid to methanol in feed , reflux ration and the feeding position on conversion and concentration of methyl acetate are examined . Simulation of the reactive distillation process was proceed . The agreement of calculated results with the pilot experimental data is satisfactory . Some important conclusions which are difficult to obtain from experimental research are drawn from numerical simulation of the esterification process .更多还原
