双矩鞍环(TH-Ⅲ)型颗粒填料在气液传质过程中的传递性能研究

【摘要】 在内径为φ600mm的有机玻璃塔中,对(?)38的双矩鞍环(TH-Ⅲ)型乱堆填料的流体力学性能和传质性能进行了研究,并与NR1.5#散堆填料进行了比较,结果表明:双矩鞍环颗粒填料具有更为优良的流体力学性能和传质效率。
【Abstract】 The hydrodynamics and mass transfer of (?)38 TH-Ⅲ random packing are studied in a 600mmID column with air-oxygen-water system. By correlating the experimental data, equations for calculating the pressure drop, flooding gas velocity and liquid phase overall height of a transfer unit were obtained. It is shown from the results that the TH-Ⅲ random packing has much better hydrodynamics and mass transfer characteristics than of Nutter mini ring.
