乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯联产节能新工艺的模拟研究

【摘要】 根据乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯物系相似、相容的特性,提出了一种乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯联产的全新节能型工艺。利用化工过程模拟软件PRO/Ⅱ对新工艺进行模拟研究,探讨了反应物进料组成、酯化塔的塔板数、侧线采出位置、回流比等因素对产品乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯产率及分离效果的影响,为乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯联产小试和中试提供了实验基础和参考数据。模拟结果表明,联产工艺乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯单位产品能耗比传统的液相酯化法分别下降39.2%和30.4%。
【Abstract】 To decrease the energy consumption of producing ethyl acetate and butyl acetate in the traditional esterification method, a completely new co-production craft is advanced. The famous process simulation software PRO/Ⅱ is used to simulate the new craft to get the better ratio of reactants, tray numbers, sidedraw position and reflux ratio of esterification column and the correlation of such factors, The result of simulation shows that energy consumption of ethyl acetate and butyl acetate can be droped by 39.2% and 30.4%, respectively.
