环流循环除尘系统的开发(Ⅰ) 除尘系统的性能

【摘要】 针对亚微米粉尘的除尘开发出了环流循环除尘系统。实验测试了环流循环除尘系统、环流式旋风除尘器、常规型除尘器的效率和压降。结果表明,环流循环除尘系统对分子筛的除尘效率达到了97%以上,分割直径d50为0.33-0.65μm,明显地高于B型和环流式旋风除尘器,压降小于3 000Pa,只比B型旋风除尘器的单台压降高60%左右。
【Abstract】 A cyclone system for treating submicron - particle - laden gas which called the circumfluent cyclone system (CFCS) has been developed in this work. Experiment research has been carried out to study the performance of CFCS. The results show that the collection efficiency of CFCS for the molecular sieve is more than 97%. The cut -point diameters (d50) of CFCS can reach 0.33~0.65μm and the pressure drop is less than 3 000 Pa. The pressure drop of CFCS is about 60% higher than that of B type cyclone.
