应用计算流体力学对筛板上液相三维流场的模拟
Simulation of the Three-dimensional Velocity Field on Sieve Tray with Computational Fluid Dynamics

【摘要】 在充分考虑了气、液相体积分率及气液两相间相互作用力的影响下,建立了直径1.213m大型精馏塔板上液相流场的三维数学模型。运用有限体积法及计算流体力学软件Star-CD在SGI公司Origin 200 Server工作站上进行了求解,计算结果与Solari和Bell的实验数据对比表明,两者能够很好地吻合。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a three- dimensional mathematical model for describing the liquid - phase flow on a 1.213m diameter sieve tray with consideration of both volume fraction of gas - liquid and inter - phase force between the gas - liquid two phases is presented, and solved numerically on the origin 200 server work station of SGI company by the method of control volume and computational fluid dynamics software Star - CD, the theoretical predictions based on the present model are in agreement with the experimental results by the Solari and Bell.
