【摘要】 用H+交换柱-脱气塔-Na+交换柱串联工艺处理“负硬水”。H+柱采用浮动床,Na+柱采用固定床, 树脂采用弱酸性交换树脂110。在满足硬度要求的同时,经处理后的水的碱度小于1．0mmol/L,出水体积可高达H+柱树脂体积的260倍以上。实际运行结果表明,本工艺具有操作简便、出水稳定、水质良好等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 The "negative" hard water was treated by consecutive H+ ion exchange, degasification, and Na+ ion exchange procedures. The H+ ion exchange column was a fluidized bed and the Na+ ion exchange column was a fixed bed. In the both columns the weak acidic ion exchange resin 110 was used as the packings. The alkality of the treated water was less than 1 . 0mmol/L under the required hardness, and the volume of produced water was as high as 260 fold of that in a single H+ ion exchange resin column. It was shown that the proposed technology has the advantages of simple operation, stable water production, and high quality of produced water.更多还原
