梯形立体喷射塔板在环氧乙烷/乙二醇装置扩改中的应用

【摘要】 介绍大通量新型高效塔板——梯形立体喷射塔板CTST。该塔板与浮阀塔板相比:处理能力提高 80%-100%,分离效率高10%-40%,操作弹性高一倍,压降低20%-30%。该塔板在天津联合化学有限公司环氧乙烷EO/乙二醇EG装置扩产改造中已经成功应用,在原塔外壳不变的条件下,仅用CTST塔板替换原浮阀塔板,改造后生产能力提高30%-80%。EO精制塔C3O2空塔动能因子超过3.0 Pa0.5。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the structure and operational performances of the combined trapezoid spray tray (CTST). The CTST has many advantages compared with the float tray, for example, the flux was increased by 80 % ~ 100 % , the separating efficiency was increased by 10 % ~ 40 % , the range of operation was 2 times and the column pressure drop was decreased by 20% ~30% , etc. In the technology transform of the EO/EG units, float trays were replaced by CTST trays in the case of its shell fixedness. As a result, the output was increased by 30%-80%. The FT of the Ethylene Oxide treating column C302 was in excess of 3.0 kg1/2 /(s·m1/2 ).
