316L不锈钢上化学镀Ni-(W)-P合金镀层的工艺研究

【摘要】 本文讨论了316L不锈钢上化学镀Ni-P/Ni-W-P合金镀层的工艺,着重讨论了直接影响镀层与基体间结合力的关键过程—不锈钢基体的前处理工艺,实验发现在前处理工艺中浸蚀活化液和预镀镍液的配方是最重要的。本文还对两种镀层进行了成分和结构分析、结合力及硬度的测试,测试证明,用本实验开发出的前处理工艺处理的316L不锈钢基体进行化学镀能获得性能可靠的Ni-P/Ni-W-P合金镀层。

【Abstract】 The technique process of electroless Ni-P/Ni-W-P plating on 316L stainless steel is discussed, and the pre-treatment technique of stainless steel which will affect the adhesion between the substrate and the deposit is also emphasized. The formulations of corroding activation liquid and pre-plating Ni are the most important two factors to the pre-treatment technique. The composition, structure, adhesion force and hardness of the two deposits of Ni-P and Ni-W-P are also tested in this study. The results show that the performance of the electroless deposit on stainless steel is excellent which is pretreated by the pre-treatment technique developed in this experiment.
