【摘要】 电子科学与技术专业是我校近年来,在遵循国家教育部的相关办学指导精神的前提下,充分发挥我校在大气环境光电监测方面的优势,并结合当前高新技术的发展与学生就业形势,开办的新专业。教学计划的核心是课程设置,根据本专业特点,设置了理论物理、固体物理与半导体物理、信号与系统、光电子学等系列核心课程;以及培养学生基本实践技能的教学环节,有电子工艺与系统设计,生产实践等;为拓宽学生就业渠道,避免千人一面情况,设置了两个专业方向,光电技术方向以及电子器件与设计方向;作为地方高校,还相应地开设了为江苏地方经济发展服务的选修课程,如智能仪器、CCD技术等课程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Electronics Science and Technology is the specialty that recently set up in our university, which followed the spirit of National Ministry of Education about higher education, and combined with advanced subject of photoelectricity in the atmosphere environment of our university and the development of the high and new technique and the employment situation. The core of teaching plan is establishment of curriculum, according to this profession characteristics, established core curriculum of Theory Physics, Solid Physics and Semiconductor Physics, Signal and System, Photoelectron and so on; In order to improve students’ practical ability, the curriculum of Electronics Craft and System Design, Producing Practice is set up. And in order to broaden the student employment range, avoid the sameness of student knowledge structure, two profession directions are established: Photoelectricity Technique and IC Design ; AS the local school, our students are mostly served for jiangsu province, accordingly a series of elective curriculum is set, such as the Intelligence Instrument, CCD Technique etc.更多还原
