远距离微小振动的干涉测量

【摘要】 本文研究并建立了光栅外腔半导体激光干涉系统,可对远距离微小振动进行实时测量。文中采用光栅外腔半导体激光器作光源,该光源用光栅作光反馈元件对半导体激光器的模式进行选择,并通过高稳定度的温度控制系统,使激光器能够稳定地工作在单纵模状态,其相干长度优于200m。通过对半导体激光器工作电流的高频调制,实现高频位相调制的干涉测量,所建立的系统可对远距离目标的微小振动进行测量,它允许检测光束与被检目标法线有一定夹角,解决了干涉技术用于户外测量时的光对准问题。

【Abstract】 A grating external cavity semiconductor laser interferometer used to measure far distance micro-vibration in real time is proposed. In the interferometer, a single longitudinal mode grating external cavity semiconductor laser with excellent coherent characteristic is constructed and acted as a source. The grating is used as the optical feedback element to select the mode of the laser, and a high stability temperature control system is designed to ensure the laser being in the single longitudinal mode state. Its coherent length exceeds 200 meters. The driven current of the semiconductor laser is modulated, thus the phase modulating interference measurement is realized. The micro-vibration measurement for far distance is realized with the interference system setup in this paper. The angle between the testing beam and normal of the far tested object is allowed to change in definite range, and this makes the far distance interference measurement easier and more convenient A feedback control system is used to compensate the phase disturbance between the two interference beams introduced by environmental vibration. Finally, some experiments are carried out
