【摘要】 治疗远视是眼科学的重要课题。角膜组织的生物形态学及生物力学结构上的特点使得远视治疗较近视治疗更为困难。但是,一种术后副作用较小的屈光手术——角膜热成形术(ThermalKeratoplasty或Thermokeratoplasty)正日趋成熟而且备受人们的关注。目前它主要有Ho:YAG激光角膜热成形术,连续半导体激光角膜热成形术,热传导角膜成形术。本文就这种手术的原理以及各自的特点作了介绍与比较。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hyperopic correction is an important problem in ophthalmology. The biomorphologicaland biomechanical characters of the cornea make the treatment of hyperopia much more difficultthan the treatment of myopia. However, a less postoperative-side-effect refractive surgery——Thermal Keratoplasty or Thermokeratoplasty is now becoming mature with much more attention.Currently it includes Ho:YAG Laser Keratoplasty, Continous Wave Diode Laser Kearoplasty,Conductive Keratoplasty. This article gives the principal of each surgery and makes a comparisonbetween these methods.更多还原
