液相型原子力显微镜在金属腐蚀研究中的应用

【摘要】 本文简要介绍了原子力显微镜系统的基本构成,提出液相型原子力显微镜的新方法,阐述了其工作原理,给出包含特殊检测光路的液相探头系统设计,研制完成一种新的液相型原子力显微镜系统。利用此系统在液相环境中进行了金属样品腐蚀过程的实时测试研究,获得不同阶段的样品表面图像,清晰反映了腐蚀过程及腐蚀程度。结果表明,液相原子力显微镜能够避免液体表面张力和液面扰动的影响,稳定性好,分辨率高,样品的大小和重量不受限制,能够在液相环境下实现对样品的实时扫描和现场观测。
【Abstract】 This article briefly introduced the basic structure of atomic force microscope system. A new method and principle of liquid-phase atomic force microscope were presented, which contained a special detecting optical path design for the liquid-phase probe. A novel liquid-phase atomic force microscope system was developed. We observed a process of metal corrosion in liquid circumstance and obtained real-time images of the sample surface. Experiment results indicated that the liquid-phase atomic force microscope could avoid the effect of surface tension and vibration on AFM images, and could realize real-time scanning and in-situ observation. Furthermore, this AFM had reliable stability, high resolution and was not restricted by sample’s size and weight.
