【摘要】 本文讨论了分布光纤拉曼温度传感器系统发展的现状。釆用先进的鉺光纤脉冲激光器作为光源,研制了30公里远程分布光纤拉曼温度传感器系统,采用了新的光纤放大的反斯托克斯背向拉曼自发散射测温原理,采用1550nm掺鉺光纤激光器作为抽运源和高速瞬态波形采样技术,累加平均等信号处理技术,提高了信噪比,解决了弱信号检测问题。采用了智能化恒温技术,使主要元器件在恒温条件下工作,解决了工程应用中环境的造应性。远程分布光纤拉曼温度传感器系统的主要技术指标如下:光纤长度:31公里,测温范围:0-100°C(可扩展),温度测量不确定度:±2°C,温度分辨率:0.1°C,测量时间:432秒,空间分辨率:4m。
【Abstract】 The progress condition of the of DOFRTS system is got out in the paper. A 30km long range distributedoptical fiber Raman temperature sensor (DOFRTS) system that use the Er pulse laser as source has been made, ituse new measuring temperature principle of optical fiber amplified anti-Stokes Raman spontaneous scattering. Inthe system, 1550nm erbium-doped optical fiber laser, high speed data acquisition card and signal processingtechnique are used. By using these technique, the problem of weak signal detection is resolved and signal to noiseratio is increased. All components of system are put into an intellectualized constant temperature box and work inconstant temperature condition. Stability and environment adaptability are improved. By appraisal, performanceof the system is listed as follows:length of single mode fiber: 31km, temperature rang:0-100°C (can be expanded) ,temperature measuring uncertainty:±2°C, temperature resolution:0.1°C, measurement time:432s, spatialresolution :4m.
