一种新型金属配合物有机电致发光器件制备及其发光性能的研究

【摘要】 本文以一种新型的含蒽荧光团双磷配体螯合Ag(L1Ag)为发光材料,首次将其制成OLED器件,成功实现了电致发光,其在534nm处均匀稳定地发出明亮的绿光。并通过在L1Ag中混入空穴传输层材料PVK,显著地提高了器件的综合发光性能,其光电流和量子效率分别提高了4.5倍和4.7倍。最后对这种新型金属螯合物OLED器件的发光和电学性能进行了深入的研究和探讨。
【Abstract】 In this paper,Two types of organic light-emitting devices(OLED) have beenfabricated with a new OLED material L1Ag.The configuration of the devices are as follows:ITO/L1Ag /Al; ITO/PVK:L1Ag /Al. The bright and steady light emitting has been obtained, and theoptical current and quantum efficiency of the later devices comes to 1.5×10-7A and 1.83×10-3%,which are 4.5 and 4.7 times of the former one, respectively. Details on the light-emitting characteristics of the devices are explained by the curves of Currentdensity-Voltage, Optical current-Voltage and Quantum efficiency-Current density, which are measuredusing a quantum efficiency measure system including the Keithley 485 Picoammeter and 2400SourceMeter. Last, we also discussed the emitting mechanisms of the new material and the devices.
