高品质热敏激光计算机直接制版版材

The Thermo-Sensitive Plate with High Quality for Laser CTP

【摘要】 激光计算机直接制版技术,近7年来在全世界和中国范围内得到了快速发展,是目前印刷技术的主流,也是今后的发展方向。其中热敏制版技术是目前和将来很长一段时间内计算机直接制版技术的主流。本文介绍了国内计算机直接制版技术和版材的发展情况,我实验室研制需预热的830nm热敏版材近来的研究成果,试验发现分子量5000左右的线性酚醛树脂的成像效果最好,二苯基碘鎓盐和酸增殖剂的复合增感优于单独的产酸剂。我实验室的研制工作目前正处于中试放大阶段。

【Abstract】 The technology, computer to plate (CTP), which has been developed greatly in China andthe other parts of the world in the past seven years, is now popularity in the field of printing, and musttake the lead in the future. In all plates for CTP, the thermo-sensitive plate is the most eminent now,and will be the same in a few years. In this paper, the development of the CTP and the actuality of theCTP plate were introduced. The result of studying the thermo-sensitive plate requiring post-exposurebake for 830nm in our lab was showed that when the novolac’s molecule weight was about 5000, thesensitivity and the quality of the plate were the best, and when associating diphenyliodonium with theacid proliferation generator named BTOC, the sensitivity was the most efficient. The plate has turnedto be successful in laboratory and the application to machines in printery is now attempted.
