微球板电子倍增器及其应用

【摘要】 本文介绍了微球板电子倍增器的工作原理、特点和广阔的应用前景。采用自行设计组分的高铅玻璃,用粉末法在立式炉成珠设备制备了玻璃微球,探索了微球板制备过程中玻璃微珠的分级技术、微球板电子倍增器基体成型和烧结工艺、打拿极制作技术等。制备出微球板电子倍增器初级样品,并对其性能进行了测试。指出了微球板电子倍增器研制中的三项关键技术:玻璃微球的制作、分级,坯体的成型与烧结和打拿极制作。文中还给出了微球板电子倍增器初步实验结果。
【Abstract】 The working principle, characteristics and applications for microsphere plates (MSP) were introduced in this paper. A kind of high content lead glass was designed and prepared. The glass microsphere from prepared glass was produced by powder method with vertical furnace. We explored the process of glass microsphere classifying, MSP body molding and sintering, dynode making of MSP etc. The samples of MSP made by Lab were tested by test instrument for MCP. It was concluded that the three key technologies are the glass microsphere classifying, MSP body molding and sintering, dynode making of MSP. The primary results of MSP researching and developing were shown finally.
