【Abstract】 In this paper we produced a directional coupler switch by Z-cut Ti:LiNbO3, with two section reverse-?β coupler. The main parameters of the coupler switch include waveguide width is 8μm, the distance of waveguides of the coupler is 6μm, interaction length is 17mm, and the total length of device is 30mm. We achieved the crosstalk <-18dB at voltage 12V in TE mode.更多还原
