温度测量型近红外光谱分析仪的研究

【摘要】 本文对现有近红外光谱分析仪的样品仓进行改进,在采集样品的吸光度的同时,测量样品仓的温度,作为样品温度。并以40个小麦粉末样品为实验材料,在样品温度为4.7℃~22.2℃范围,使用不同温度下样品的200组光谱数据,建立了测定小麦蛋白质含量的温度修正模型和温度不敏感模型。分析结果表明:温度修正模型的交叉校验预测标准差(SEP)为0.335,而温度不敏感模型的SEP=0.377。因此测量样品光谱的同时测量样品温度,结合温度修正模型可以有效的提高近红外光谱定量分析精度。

【Abstract】 The sample cell of the near infrared spectroscopy was mended. The temperatures of the cell were measured as the spectroscope scans samples, and the temperatures were considered as samples’ temperature. The temperature correctional model and the temperature insensitive model were calibrated with 200 spectral curves of 40 wheat samples at temperature rang of 4.7℃~22.2℃. The results showed that the mean standard error of prediction (SEP) of the temperature correctional model was 0.335, but the SEP of temperature insensitive model is up to 0.377. It suggested that the temperature of the samples should be measured and the temperature correctional model improved the analysis precision.
