基于数字全息干涉术的物场相位变化测量
Extracting the phase variations of object light-wave using Digital holographic interferometry

【摘要】 用CCD依次记录物场状态变化前后的离轴全息图,并以数字图像的形式存储于计算机内,通过数值仿真全息图的衍射过程,分别再现出不同状态下物场的复振幅分布,再将其与数值再现的初始状态物场的复振幅分布作数字相加,从而得到不同状态下物光波前的相对相位变化——波前相位差。分别针对透明物场(如空气温度场)及不透明物体(如钢板悬臂梁)表面变化的测量,利用所设计的光路和数字图像处理方法,分析了数字全息干涉术直接提取物光波前相位变化的原理。
【Abstract】 Digital holographic interferometry allows the direct access to the phase information of object light-wave. By recording the off-axis holograms before and after changing the object state in turn with charge coupled device (CCD), and numerically simulating the diffraction process of the hologram using a computer, one can numerically reconstruct the complex amplitude distribution of the object light-wave in different states. Then adding the reconstructed complex amplitude of the object light-wave in different states to its initial states, the relative phase change of the object light-wave in different states can be obtained. Combined with measuring the temperature variation of a transparent object (such as temperature of air field) and the surface deformation of an opaque object (such as steel cantilever girder), the principle for directly extracting the wavefront phase variation of object light-wave by digital holographic interferometry is detailed analyzed, using designed experimental set-up and numerical processing programs.
