【摘要】 目的探讨光动力疗法(Photodynamictherapy,PDT)与黄芩联合抗大鼠细胞株C6细胞的作用性质。方法应用MTT法、流式细胞术分析和HE染色细胞形态观察等实验方法。结果PDT与黄芩联合应用在抑制C6细胞的生长繁殖、诱导C6细胞凋亡等方面均较各自单一作用明显增强。结论PDT与黄芩联合应用具有明显的协同抗C6细胞作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the anti-tumor effect of PDT combining with Scutellaria on the C6 cells line.Methods:Using MTT assay、flow cytometry(FCM) and HE staining morphologic observation methods. Results:It was found that PDT combining with Scutellaria obviously increased the inhibitatory ratesof C6 cells line than those of corresponding individual experimental groups.Conclusions: PDT combining with Scutellaria may obviously increased the anti-C6 effect.更多还原
