【摘要】 我们处在一个信息爆炸的时代。对繁杂的抽象信息之间的复杂关系进行探索的努力,促使了信息可视化这一崭新科学领域的出现,它结合了科学可视化、人机交互、数据挖掘、图像技术、图形学、认知科学等诸多学科的理论和方法。信息的日益丰富决定着将来的用户界面主要是一种信息界面,从这个意义上说,信息可视化代表着下一代用户界面的方向。本文对信息可视化的概念、意义、主要问题和技术、研究现状作了综述,并简单介绍了我们正在进行的相关研究工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 We are now in an era of the exploding information. The efforts to explore the complicated relations among complex abstract information give birth to a new field - information visualization, which relates to some fields such as scientific visualization, human-computer interaction, data mining, imaging, graphics, and cognition science. The exploding information requires that user interface in future be information interface, which means that information visualization represents the direction of the next generation user interface. The concept, signification, main problems and technologies in this field are discussed in this paper. Furthermore, some state-of-the-art developments, and some researches, which are going on in our lab, are briefly introduced.更多还原
