【Abstract】 In the paper, the significances of constructing PACS in digital hospitals and current developmental situation broad and abroad are introduced briefly. Focal and difficult points constructing in a middle or small city at present are pointed out. Especially the image compression, compliance for DICOM 3.0. the interconnectivity and interoperability of subsystems are discussed. Several outlines in developing PACS are put forward.更多还原
