电突触耦合FitzHugh-Nagumo神经网络的同步振荡

【摘要】 该文建立了噪声背景下电突触耦合的 FitzHugh-Nagumo 神经网络模型,主要研究了耦合强度、噪声强度和神经网络系统尺寸对网络内神经元同步振荡的影响。耦合强度使网络内的神经元同步振荡,抑制局域的波动;而噪声往往使网络内的神经元活动更加随机,增强局域的波动。数值计算结果表明:网络系统尺寸越小,噪声强度越小,耦合强度越大,则神经网络的同步振荡活动越强。该文对于电突触耦合和化学突触耦合对神经元同步振荡活动的影响作了定量的比较,证明电突触耦合确实能够极大地提高神经元的同步振荡活动。
【Abstract】 In this paper the Fitzhugh-Nagumo neuron network is constructed.It has been discussed the dependence of the synchronization on the coupling strength,the noise intensity and the size of the neuron ensemble.Coupling among neurons work to increase the synchronous dynamics and to suppress local fluctuations;Noise increases the neuron random dynamics and the local fluctuation.The calculated suggests that the size and the noise intensity are smaller and the coupling strength is larger,the neuron in ensemble synchronize greatly.It has been discussed the dependence of the synchronization for the electrically coupling and chemical synapse coupling, and proves that electrically coupling can increase the synchronization of the neuron ensembles.
