【Abstract】 In this paper,we propose an agent-based model to examine what conditions can make the adverse selection to take its effect by introducing two variables—cognitive capability and valuation ratio.It is found that when buyers have certain degree of cognitive capability and the valuation ratio is large enough the adverse selection effect will be reduced.更多还原
