飞秒激光作用下全向介质高反膜破坏的激发过程(英文)

【摘要】 <正>Outline 1、 Introduction 2、 Experiments 3、 Theory 4、 Conclusion Laser-induced damage in dielectrics has been described in terms of three major processes: (1) the generation of conduction band electron (CBE), (2) CBE heating, (3) transfer of CBE kinetic energy to the lattice. The former two excitation processes play dominant roles in the damage in dielectric, and they are the basis to understand the relaxation process. However, in most of the experiments, the duration of the pump and the probe pulses were equal, only the relaxation process was studied intensively, time-resolved excitation processes couldn’t be investigated.
