二苯基碘鎓盐与酸增殖剂的复合增感及其在CTP版材中的应用

【摘要】 合成了一种新的磺酸酯类化合物(BTOC)作为酸增殖剂,将其与二苯基碘鎓盐一起作为CTP 版材的复合产酸源,在红外激光(830nm)和紫外光下分別曝光。结果表明,鎓盐与BTOC比例为1:1 时,版材灵敏度最高。并对复合产酸源在红外和紫外的产酸机理做了初步探讨。

【Abstract】 A kind of new acid proliferation generator, a sulfonic ester compound called BTOC, was synthesized, and acted with diphenyliodonium as associated acid generator, which was used in CTP plates. The CTP plates were exposed in IR(830nm) and UV. The result of our experiments showed that when the mass of diphenyliodonium was equal to that of BTOC, the sensitivity of these plates was the most efficient. The effect mechanism of the associated acid generator used in IR and UV was also discussed primarily in this paper.
