【摘要】 目的探讨高脂血症对心肌组织内皮素-1(ET-1)表达的影响。方法12头猪等分为高脂血症组与正常对照组,复制高脂血症动物模型后,用免疫组化3P法观察心肌组织内ET-1的表达情况,并用图像分析系统进行图像分析。结果高脂血症组ET-1的表达明显高于正常对照组,差异显著(P<0.001)。结论高血脂容易诱导心肌组织ET-1的表达。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expression of ET-1 in in the myocardium tissue in hyperlipemia pigs. Methods The pigs were divided into two groups:normal control group(n=6), hyperlipemia group(n=After the hyperlipemia animal model were established, the myocardium tissue of two groups were examined by Immunohistochemical staining and the content of ET-1 were analysised with image analysis system. Results The expression of ET-1 in the hyperlipemia group were higher than those in the control group,thedifference were significant( P<0.001 ). Conclusion Hyperlipemia may easly induce the expression of ET-1n myocardium tissue.更多还原
