因地制宜 适地适树 是建设节约型园林的有效途径

【摘要】 节约型园林是落实国务院提出的建设节约型社会的一项重要内容。本文针对近年来城市绿化中存在的一些误区, 结合焦作城市绿化情况进行分析,认为因地制宜、适地适树是建设节约型园林的有效途径。在城市绿化中,一是利用废弃地搞绿化,尽量少占耕地;二是因地制宜搞规划,尽量保护和利用原有地形、地貌、地理资源;三是坚持以植物造景为主,尽量减少园林建筑和硬质铺装面积的比例;四是提倡多种树、种大苗、种乡土树种,尽量减少移大树、引种外来树种造成的不必要投入。通过以上措施达到建设部要求的"三节四减少"的目的。

【Abstract】 Building saving-type landscape is an important component of carrying out the policy of building saving-type society proposed by the State Council.With respect to the wrong doings in urban afforest in recent years and after analyzing the afforest in Jiaozuo city,this essay thinks that building landscape according to local conditions is an effective way of building saving-type landscape.In urban afforest,first,use abandoned land for afforest,use as least arable land as possible;second,planning according to local conditions,try best to protect and make use of original terrace,landforms and geological resources;third concentrate on building scenery with plants,reduce the portion of construction and hard pavement as much as possible,fourth,advocate planting more native trees,using sapling of big size,lower unnecessary cost caused by implanting big trees and introducing foreign trees as much as possible.With above-mentioned measures,we may achieve the aim of three savings and four reductions,namely,saving water, saving land and saving money,reducing greenhouse effect,reducing pollution of air and water body,reducing energy consumption of urban construction and infrastructure and reducing energy consumption of urban traffic and other aspects,proposed by Construction Ministry.
