【摘要】 城市公园开放后游人数量增加,导致环境承载力达到极限,仅靠传统管理方式难以维持其长久发展,通过营造满足大众需求的社会向心空间,调动使用者共同维护环境,将可以解决公园开放问题。使用状况评价(POE)的方法更加关注空间效能和利用方式,以保定市竞秀公园中使用率高、受民众欢迎的社会向心空间为研究对象,从空间特性、空间要素两方面对人群需求进行系统的 POE 分析,在此基础上提出城市开放式公园中社会向心空间改造措施,从而为解决城市公园区域问题、营建城市开放空间提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The free admission urban park has more visitors,whereas the load limit of the environment is challenged,the tradition management mode has no longer sufficed.The future development trend is that to create a space to meet the needs of the public,keep the user to jointly safeguard the environment.Post Occupancy Evaluation(POE)was used to focus on the effectiveness of designed settings for park visitors.In this paper,taking the questionnaire result of the visitors of the sociopetal space with high usage rate and welcomed by the visitors in Jingxiu Park of Baoding as the main foundation,by employing POE methodology,this paper analyzes the statistical data of human needs on the features and the factors of the place.On the basis of researches above,we further put forward specific strategies of modifying and manipulating the existing environment to develop the sociopetal space of the free admission urban park.更多还原
