【Abstract】 This paper analyzed the current situation of Chinese natural and cultural heritage resources, including famous scenic sites and natural reserves, and gives the following seven reasons which leads to ineffective management of the heritage resources: incorrect perception, deficient legislation system, disordered organizational structure, backward technology, insufficient fund, neglected capacity building and inadequate social support.更多还原
