两种坡地绿化植物化感作用的生物测定

【摘要】 为研究植物间的化感作用,本实验用香根草根际土浸提液,叶片浸提液,香根草和紫穗槐根系分泌物溶液,以蒸馏水为对照进行受试植物大豆、小麦的发芽实验,测定其根长、芽长、发根数。分析数据表明,香根草根际土水提液对受试植物发芽有促进作用,根际土乙醇提取液,叶片浸体液有抑制作用,而两种根分泌物溶液在低浓度时对种子发芽影响不大;高浓度时,香根草根分泌物对种子发芽有促进作用,紫穗槐则有抑制作用,两种根系分泌物浓缩后进行色谱分析,经测定香根草根分泌物含有三种有机酸,紫穗槐检测出来两种有机酸。
【Abstract】 In order to determine the allelopathic interference between hedgerow and crops,this experiment collect the water extract from Vetiveria zizanioides’s leaves and rhizosphere soil ,ethyl alcohol extract from it’s rhizosphcre soil, root exudates from Vetiveria zizanioides and Amorpha fruticosa. These solutions have been studied in some detail to evalutate their allelopathic effect on the germination, root and seeding growth of wheat and soybean. The results show that the water extract from rhizosphere soil has stimulating effects, the ethyl alcohol extract and water extract from leaves have inhibiting effects. At low concentration,the exudates have little effects,but at high concentration the Vetiveria zizaninoides’s exudates have stimtllating effects and that of Amorpha fruticosa has inhibiting effects. After concentrating,these exudates are analysised by GC. The results show that Vetiveria zizanioides’s exudates have there acids and that of Amorpha fruticosa have two acids.
