不同地理居群野菊、毛华菊自交和开放条件下结实性研究

【摘要】 以不同居群野菊和毛华菊为材料研究了其在引种栽培条件下的自交和开放条件下的结实率,来探讨不同居群野菊、毛华菊在引种栽培条件下的自交、杂交亲和性。结果表明:不同居群野菊套袋自交结实率均较低,除杭州野菊每花序结实率达到3.38外,其他居群野菊每花序结实率介于0~0.453,每小花结实率介于0~0.003之间;而开放条件下,每个居群野菊结实率均较高,除贵州野菊花序结实率为0.9外, 其他野菊花序结实率介于7.3~60之间,每小花结实率介于0.049~0.444之间,说明在引种栽培条件下不同居群野菊均表现出自交不亲和性,而具有高度的杂交亲和性。而不同居群毛华菊无论是套袋自交还是开放条件下结实率均较低,表明在引种栽培条件下,不同居群毛华菊表现出自交的高度不亲和,而开放情况下结实率较低的原因可能是其花期较晚,与其他种或品种“花期不遇”得不到花粉造成的。

【Abstract】 Using D.indicum and D.westitum of different population qua experimental material,the seed set in the condition of open and self plllination was studied.Through the results of seed set self and cross compatibility was discussed.The results showed that selfing seed set of different population were very low(except D.indicum of Hanfzhou,whose seed set reached 3.38),and varied from 0 to 0.453 per flower,from 0 to 0.003 per floret;but in the open condition the seed set were all high(except D.indicum of Guizhou,whose seed set was only 0.9 per flower),and varied from 7.3 to 60 per flow- er,from 0.049 to 0.444 per floret.From these we can know that in the condition of introduced planting D.indicum of different population were self incompatible but cross compatible.The seed set of D.vestitum of different population were all very low.It was said that they were self incompati- ble.The reasons of cross incompatible may be the florescence of D.vestitum of different plpulation were later than other species of Dendranthema and chrysanthemum cultivars around them,and it made no meeting of florescence between D.vestitum of different population and other species of Den- dranthema,chrysanthemum cultivars,then could not obtain pollens.
