【摘要】 本文介绍了云南腾冲硅灰石矿石的理论研究和矿物应用开发产品的成果,用多种理论深入分析研究了云南腾冲硅灰石矿物学特征、主要矿物成分情况。结果表明云南腾冲硅灰石矿是国内外罕见的高纯度,有害杂质少的优质超大型矿。由云南超微新材料有限责任公司独立开发的具有自主知识产权的YNFWH101活性矿物增强材料,获得了国家重点新产品证书, 可以改善多种塑料的使用性能,其掺入量高达50％;针状硅灰石YFZZ101矿物复合纤维,获得第五届中国发明展览会银奖, 作为造纸优质功能填料,可代替纸浆达40％,并且能够改进多种高档纸的性能。硅灰石功能性针状粉体具有广泛的开发应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper theory research of Yunnan Teng Chong wollastonite ores and the products developed for application are introduced. Yunnan Teng Chong wollastonite mineralogical characteristics and main mineral components have been profoundly analyzed with many kinds of theories. The results demonstrate that Yunnan Teng Chong wollastonite is an oversize mineral deposit with high quality and purity while with low hazardous impurity, which is rarely found at home and abroad. Activated reinforcement material (YNFWH101) is a product developed independently by Yunnan Ultra-fine New Materials Co. Ltd. with self-determination knowledge property right, which has gained the National significant new product certificate. The products can improve the performance of many kinds of plastics by the plastic of ≤50 per cent being replaced. Another mineral composite fiber (YFZZ101) of acicular wollastonite powder has wined silver award in the fifth China invention exhibition, it is a kind of high-quality filling for paper making, it can improve the performance of top-grade paper by its substituting of ≤40 per cent of paper pulp.
