亚微米高纯β-碳化硅的超细粉碎制备

【摘要】 本文通过对β-碳化硅进行机械粉碎加工并经纯化处理得到亚微米的β-碳化硅微粉,对微粉的构型、粒度分布及纯度进行测定,文章还对粉碎行为进行讨论并对曲线进行数学模拟处理,得到数学模拟方程。
【Abstract】 An investigation on the grinding β-silicon carbide was carried out in stirred ball mills. The results showed the product particles are less than I micro in through grinding. The breakage behavior of silicon carbide is also discussed in the paper. The experimental data are analyzed using least square method. Mathematical description gives good agreement with the observed data.
