活性矿物粉体橡胶补强剂的研究

【摘要】 根据炭黑在橡胶中补强机理的分析研究,通过“矿物/表面活性剂/橡胶”三相化学界面设计,将千枚岩矿物超细粉碎至< 1μm含量近40%、<2μm含量近70%,经表面化学改性,按照炭黑补强性测定的国家标准,研究了不同粒径活性千枚岩粉体在橡胶中的补强性。提出了当活性粉体中<1μm含量近40%时,可能有部分<110nm的粉体存在,从而对橡胶具有与半补强炭黑相近的补强性。
【Abstract】 On the basis of analysis of reinforce mechanism about ;arbon black used for rubber, it was designed that three-phase chemistry surface of minerals - surfactant - rubber, grinded phyllite minerals to powder which content of smaller than 1μm and 2μm is about 40 and 70 percent, after chemical active treatment. According to national standard to determine carbon black reinforce rubber, it was researched reinforce properties of active phyllite powder which different size used for rubber. A new theory is put forward when content of active powder smaller than 1μm is about 40 percent, which has part powder being smaller than 100 nm and can reinforce rubber.
