【摘要】 本文根据对国产原毛客观测试的结果,结合实例对客观检验在毛条加工中的应用进行了讨论。工厂可根据对进厂原毛毛客观检验的结果,在混毛或配毛时对混合批羊毛的特征和成品毛条的加工性能和质量进行预测和控制。实际生产应用和加工试验表明:运用原毛的特征信息,采用IWTO-31-98标准中的混合批数学公式可对国毛混合批的长度、细度等特征进行较为精确的预测,此外,利用原毛特征和加工性能之间的关系,建立国毛毛条加工预测公式可对成品毛条的纤维豪特长度、长度离散、精梳落毛率和细度等指标进行比较准确的预测。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper provided with a few practice cases to demonstrate the usefulness of the application ofobjective measurement on the early stages of worsted processing based on the results of objective measurement toeach individual farm lot. Application practices have been demonstrated that the characteristics of combinedwool lots such as combined mean fibre diameter and length etc can be accurately calculated in terms ofIWTO-31-98 formulae. In addition, based on the association between raw wool characteristics and processingperformance processors can establish top-making prediction formula for domestic wool top processing procedureto be used to predict Hauteur length, coefficient variation of Hauteur of resultant top and coming noil ofprocessing. Statistic shown these formulae are satisfied with current processing requirement.更多还原
