平面编织复合材料单钉连接破坏分析研究

【摘要】 构建了平面编织复合材料单钉连接件的分析模型,考虑了纤维弯曲的影响,对不同的铺层体积含量和铺设方向进行了分析。分析结果同试验吻合较好。结果表明与同方向铺设的单向铺层层板相比,编织铺层的加入使得机械连接性能有明显提高。同时,(±45)和(0,90)的机械连接性能没有显著区别。分析模拟了此平面编织复合材料单钉连接件的破坏形式和破坏过程,同实验现象吻合较好。

【Abstract】 An analytical investigation was conducted to study the effect of the single bolted joint on the plain weave composite laminates with different percentages and directions of the woven fabric. It is indicated that with the rising of the percentage of the woven fabric, the bearing strength of them can be distinctly increased compared with unitary laminates. Compared with the rectum layer, the plain weave layer with the same direction makes no difference in the bearing strength of the bolted joint structure. The damage progression and damage mode of the plain weave composite with bolted joints were simulated in good agreement with experiment.
